Section 62 BNSS — Arrest to be made strictly according to Sanhita
Replaces CrPC 60A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In force since 1 July 2024.
The text
No arrest shall be made except in accordance with the provisions of this Sanhita or any other law for the time being in force providing for arrest.
