Section 265F CrPC — Judgment of the Court
Replaced from 1 July 2024 by BNSS 294 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Offences committed on or before 30 June 2024 are still charged under the CrPC.
The law now: BNSS 294 — Judgment of Court
The Court shall deliver its judgment in terms of section 293 in the open Court and the same shall be signed by the presiding officer of the Court.
