Section 272 CrPC — Language of Courts
Replaced from 1 July 2024 by BNSS 307 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Offences committed on or before 30 June 2024 are still charged under the CrPC.

The State Government may determine what shall be, for purposes of this Sanhita, the language of each Court within the State other than the High Court.
