Questions before you pay

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts get 5 days of the full product with up to 2,000 AI credits a day, and no card is needed to start. Pick a plan when the trial ends.

What happens when the trial ends?

You can still sign in and see your matters. Drafting, research and adding new cases need a plan.

Can I cancel a monthly plan?

Yes, anytime. Monthly plans also have a 7-day full refund, and a partial refund may be possible within 30 days for technical issues.

How does annual billing work?

Annual is one payment for the year at about 20% less than paying monthly. It does not auto-renew, and it is non-refundable — see the refund policy.

Do prices include GST? Will I get an invoice?

All prices shown include GST, and every payment comes with a GST invoice.

What is an AI credit?

Credits measure AI work — drafting, research, summaries. A full draft uses far more than a quick question, which is why each plan lists roughly how many drafts or questions a month buys.

What if I run out of credits mid-month?

Practice and Pro can add top-ups when a month runs heavy, or you can move up a plan.

Is my clients’ data safe?

Data is encrypted (AES-256), hosted in India, and never used to train AI models. The details are on the security page.
